I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 19 years and specialize in directing the investment sales, acquisitions, land development, and property investment consultation for clients in a wide array of real estate transactions.
I have and continue to work with several developers, private equity firms, and individual investors with direct involvement in over $600M of transactions since my start in the industry. My specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial investment analysis, and financial structuring ensuring solid and transparent property investments for my clients.
