Charles Einsmann has more than 20 years of real estate experience, and is particularly skilled in structuring and negotiating distressed sales.
Along with Sam Jacknin, Charlie co-founded Clear Sky Properties LLC in 2005 (Rental Portfolio - Fix/Flip Houses, Commercial Properties) and Clear Sky Financial LLC in 2013 (Private Money Lender).
He primarily takes the lead for networking, sourcing, and negotiating new deals.
Charlie also owns Green Dot Title, is a licensed Realtor in Virginia, and has a B.S.in Electrical Engineering from Devry Institute of Technology.
Charlie has sat on the Board of Directors for 6 years of Catholics For Housing (non profit for low income housing). Major milestone was the purchase of the Manassas East End Mobile Home Park.
