In 1998, Ahmed Gomaa moved from Alexandria, Egypt to Alexandria, Virginia. Since then, The Washington Area has been my home. I began my career out of college as an Accountant in Washington, DC. In 2009 started investing in real estate and decided to get my Real Estate license in 2016. I am now licensed in Virginia, Maryland and DC. Striving to give my clients top-quality service I continued my education and completed the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification so that I could give the best advice to my clients.
My passion for Real Estate earned me a reputation for exceptional service with my clients. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing has equipped me with the skills needed to engage in outstanding marketing and effective negotiation, and attention to details. While I don’t practice accounting anymore the skills I gained allowed me to get my buyers and sellers the best price on the best terms with as little stress as possible to them.
